Tapas making workshops: Saturday, March 15th & Saturday, April 19th.

The workshops take place in our outdoor kitchen in Callosa d’en Sarrià. (we live near Altea la Vella (Santa Clara))

During the Tapas workshop we will make Tortilla, Albondigas and mussels with a vinaigrette.

Also, we offer a Paella making workshop: Saturday, April 12th.

After finishing, we will eat the Paella or Tapas together while enjoying a wine, beer or soft drink.
