About us
Active Albir is a network of professional sports coaches & trainers, tour experts, entrepreneurs, business leaders and seasoned travelers working together with local businesses, governments and the international tourism industry. We promote the fabulous culture, entertainment and culinary cornucopia that the region has to offer while providing reliable resources to both visitors and residents.
Active People – What we have in common is that we love be active and experience culture, play sports, visit wineries & vineyards, paint in stunning settings, experience adventures and excursions and more. Above all, we want to do it here on the Costa Blanca, Spain. We have our own families with children from 5 to 17 years who are very much involved in sports, adventure and culture here. You’ll find us playing tennis, paddleball, golf, snorkeling, boating, cycling and everything else that this wonderful area offers. We are active on land, air and sea.
Community – We love L’Alfàs del Pi! It’s the best community we know. There are countless reasons. Maybe it’s the small town feel but with all of the good parts of a metropolis or how everyone supports each other in good and bad times. Albir, l’Alfàs, Altea, Benidorm… it’s all here. We can’t get enough of the lifestyle. Was it just last night that La Lira de l’Alfàs del Pi Musical Society performed right on Racó de l’Albir beach in Albir? And don’t forget the incredible choices for dining – even several Michelin starred restaurants here. The engagement of L’Alfàs del Pi, with Mayor Vincente Arques Cortes, does a fantastic job of keeping us safe, healthy and happy. Cultural and sporting events, nature, dining, community, this is the place to be.
Our Offer
Preferred Lodging – Come and stay in one of our fabulous villas with all the amenities you can think of. You have access to a private pool, outdoor kitchen/grill, roof terrace, A/C, washing machine, newly refurbished kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV/Stereo and access to electric bikes*. All sports facilities are within walking distance. Of course there’s the beach – with restaurants, shopping with more a short and pleasant walk away. It is much more comfortable and nicer than staying in a hotel. Breakfast is always included!
Sports Travel – Our most popular trips include 3-4 hours of combined training and match play per day. Trips are best for adults and children (from 5 years) who love tennis, paddleball or golf with an unforgettable week or weekend in a fantastic location with perfect weather. Wine Tours – Vineyards – Wineries – Experience the complete process from vine to glass. Learn the entire process of making quality wine by touring its production, bottling and aging rooms. We finish your tour with the tasting of at least 3 different wines accompanied by tapas paired with local products. You can book one tour for each day of your stay. Art Tours – Painting – Costa Blanca – Our most popular trips include 3-4 hours of painting per day, a professional instructor, transportation to and from locations, wine & cheeses during sessions and lunch at area restaurants.
