Paella making workshop takes place in our outdoor kitchen in Callosa d’en Sarrià. (we live near Altea la Vella (Santa Clara).

Also, we offer a Tapas making workshop on Saturday, April 19th. During the Tapas workshop we will make Tortilla, Albondigas and mussels with a vinaigrette.

After finishing, we will eat the Paella (or Tapas) together while enjoying a wine, beer or soft drink.
