The Espai Cultural Escoles Velles will host the award ceremony of the L’Alfàs 2025 Prize to the l’Alfàs Canta Polyphonic Choir, which this year celebrates its fifteenth anniversary. It will be during the celebration of the fourteenth Cultural Setmana L’Alfàs amb Història. This was announced this morning by the mayor of l’Alfàs, Vicente Arques, after presenting the program of activities together with the Councilor for Cultural Heritage, Sandra Gómez, the councilor for Culture, Manuel Casado, and the director of the L’Alfàs Canta Choir, José Antonio Rubio.

“This year we pay a well-deserved tribute to the L’Alfàs Canta Choir, one of the main driving forces behind the L’Alfàs International Choir Festival, which, after 13 editions, has established itself as a highly relevant event in the music scene. A choir that is an example of integration, as it connects people of different ages and nationalities through culture,” declared Mayor Vicente Arques.
